Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in marketing tools to lead high-quality content creation and enhance brand communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually impactful marketing materials, supporting end-to-end digital campaign execution, and contributing to the strategic growth of the brand. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends to deliver compelling and consistent brand experiences.
Functional Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
Create visually engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing creatives using Canva, PPT, and Gamma.
Design social media posts, ads, brochures, infographics, reels cover, and email templates.
Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Execution
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
Schedule, monitor, and report on campaign performance.
Support SEO, SEM, and content marketing activities as required.
Social Media Management
Create daily/weekly content calendars.
Work with the team to publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Track engagement, insights, and prepare social media performance reports.
Presentation & Communication
Create professional, high-quality PPT/Gamma decks for internal and external presentations.
Support the sales and marketing team with pitch decks and proposal designs.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements.
Work with designers, video editors, and content writers when needed.
Ensure timely delivery of all creatives and marketing tasks.
Personal Attributes and Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and Gamma.app.
Good understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Creativity with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
13 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or creative design.
Knowledge of basic video editing (CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Rush) is an added advantage.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) is an added advantage
Language:
Proficiency in business communication and professional email writing.
Knowledge of regional languages (such as Hindi or Tamil) is an added advantage for content localization.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills in English for decks and marketing materials.
