Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives for KDEPL's real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report on key metrics. The role involves coordinating with sales and project teams to align digital messaging with business goals, conducting market and competitor research, and recommending improvements to campaigns and digital touchpoints. The specialist will also help maintain the company's online presence across websites and listing platforms, ensuring accurate, compelling, and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms, creating content, and engaging audiences.
- Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Strong Communication skills for clear writing, presentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Proficiency with popular social media and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, basic CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
