Social Drishti is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in advertising field. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media, content planning, ads management support, SEO, analytics, and campaign execution.
You will work closely with the design, content, and branding teams to scale digital growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and platform-wise strategies.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and DM/comment handling.
- Track trends and create trend-led and niche-specific content ideas.
- Optimize social pages (bio, highlights, hashtags, branding).
- Work with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop high-quality content.
- Ensure creatives follow brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Draft captions, blogs, and ad copy as needed.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work with media buyers to refine audiences, creatives, and budgets.
- Track paid campaign performance and prepare insights.
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, CPC, CTR, ROAS, website traffic, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify relevant influencers for brand collaborations.
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and deliverables.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
- Attend client meetings and handle communication professionally.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years+ of experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube algorithms.
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and think creatively.
