About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement, while working closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to strengthen our brand and drive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities-

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our courses, webinars, student success stories, and company initiatives.
• Coordinate with designer and video editors to produce high-quality creatives, reels, and videos.
• Write compelling captions, social media copies, and campaign content aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and audience engagement.

Required Skills-

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience working in an EdTech or startup environment.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and community management.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
