Key Responsibilities & Authorities
1. Content Creation
- Coordinate with media and marketing agencies to develop employer branding content.
- Review and ensure that all social media creatives adhere to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate video and photo shoots as required by stakeholders.
- Create in-house visual content for urgent communication requirements.
2. Brand Building
- Collaborate with project and site teams to gather information for awards and recognition programs.
- Coordinate with external agencies and governing bodies for award submissions.
- Arrange and manage visits of authorities for award and recognition initiatives.
- Support the HRRecruitment team in designing and posting job-related content on social media platforms.
- Develop company orientation presentations for campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with senior management for approvals related to branding and marketing content.
3. Social Media & Website Management
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Manage company social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
- Respond to queries and comments received through social media channels.
- Oversee and optimize Google Business pages to improve online visibility.
- Prepare content for website updates and coordinate with developers for maintenance and enhancements.
- Process timely payments to external agencies.
- Maintain contracts and license renewals related to social media platforms.
4. Documentation
- Maintain invoices, artworks, and media content in an organized repository.
- Manage agreement renewals and licensing documentation.
- Ensure proper digital and physical storage of all media and branding assets.
- Maintain a tracker of all requests received and completed.
5. EHS Compliance
- Understand HIRA/ERA requirements for the office space and follow corrective or preventive actions defined to mitigate risks.
Authorities
- Respond to social media interactions and audience queries.
- Prepare and coordinate video shoot schedules.
- Update media content across online and offline platforms.

Recommended Competencies
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Competencies

Work Experience
- 4 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or digital media roles.
Software Skills
- MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

- Canva or similar creative design platforms
