Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn,paid ads, webinars, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, sponsored campaigns, and email marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead generation.
- Support and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting specific industries,accounts, and decision-makers.
- Manage the publishing and distribution of marketing content including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to develop and deliver campaign materials aligned with messaging and brand positioning.
- Manage and update website pages, landing pages, and campaign-related content to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare marketing dashboards, and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Support lead generation initiatives and marketing automation workflows using modern marketing platforms.
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and product marketing initiatives to drive engagement and pipeline generation.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 67+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing execution, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, sponsored campaigns, and email marketing.
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or targeted B2B lead generation initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted marketing tools for campaign optimization, content creation, or analytics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of design principles and tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret data, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to take ownership and drive execution end-to-end
