Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Tasks:
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing initiatives
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Collaborate with the content team to align messaging with strategy
- Drive website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation
Graphic Design Tasks:
- Design banners, infographics, social media creatives, and ad visuals
- Support website layout improvements and landing page designs
- Create visual assets for blogs, proposals, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp
- Design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation funnels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure domains
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) reimbursed by Satya Tech
