Job Description

Position Brief:

  • Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Job location: Remote
  • Job Timing: 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Roles and responsibilities

Product Promotion:

  • Define and execute brand and go-to-market strategies for our product launches across SBUs to establish a strong market presence.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging in collaboration with products and sales teams.
  • Create engaging marketing collateral such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and capability statements to support sales and awareness.
  • Promote products effectively at industry events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns targeting international markets.

Services Promotion:

  • Promote company services at global events and platforms to increase visibility and attract potential clients across international markets.
  • Develop content for service offerings in digital materials including websites, e-brochures, and advertising campaigns tailored for different geographies.
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance client servicing and maintain long-term engagement with service users.

Digital Marketing:

  • Strategize and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across international markets aligned with business goals, budgets, and ROIs.
  • Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to boost search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Foster innovative social media strategies and manage platform presence to augment visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, ensuring compliance with digital governance and data protection laws.
  • Establish KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create impactful and aligned digital content, including web copy, blogs, and social media posts, supporting both organic and paid campaigns.

Branding:

  • Define and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen company and product brand identity and resonance across markets.
  • Lead digital branding initiatives across all channels for consistent messaging and customer engagement.
  • Support corporate and personal branding of senior management on platforms like LinkedIn to elevate leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate brand presence at global events and manage visual identity, messaging, and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding, messaging, and positioning strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • B2B Lead Generation from digital marketing, events, and outbound efforts.
  • Ensure the best Lead-Quality Ratio and Conversion rate
  • Digital Marketing & Content-Driven Lead Growth
  • Thought Leadership content development related to PODCAST, Webinar etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn Marketing, etc.) will be an added advantage.
