Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Oversee the complete digital marketing gamut, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation through paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Prior experience in generating leads for the real estate industry will be a significant plus.

Compensation:

• Salary up to 50,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).
