About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead growth across both paid and organic channels. You'll own performance marketing campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to creative to conversion — while simultaneously driving our SEO/SEM/AEO roadmap for sustainable organic growth. This is a builder's role. You'll work in a fast-moving SaaS environment where you bring both the strategy and the execution. If you've thrived without big agency support, know your way around a Google Ads dashboard as well as an AI creative tool, and think in funnels as much as campaigns — we want to talk.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Design and manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn to consistently meet CPA and ROAS targets.
- SEO / SEM / AEO Strategy Conduct keyword research, manage on-page optimizations, and implement technical SEO fixes (site speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup) to improve organic rankings — including visibility in AI-powered answer engines.
- Conversion Optimization Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-converting landing pages and run A/B tests on ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
- Data & Attribution Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console. Turn data into decisions, fast.
- Budget Management Allocate and optimize monthly budgets across channels to maximize lead quality and volume without waste.
- Content Alignment Ensure blog and website content is optimized for both user intent and search engine algorithms, bridging the gap between content and performance.
- AI-Powered Creative Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to independently design creatives for ads, social posts, and campaigns — no waiting on a designer.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience at a SaaS company — you understand product-led and sales-assisted funnels.
- Hands-on Google Ads experience — you've built and managed campaigns yourself, not just supervised them.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and AEO — you understand how AI search is reshaping discoverability.
- Proficiency with AI creative tools to independently produce ad creatives, social graphics, and visual assets.
- Comfortable in GA4, Google Search Console, and Ads Manager — you pull your own insights.
- Street-smart and self-sufficient — you figure things out, move fast, and aren't precious about rolling up your sleeves.
Required Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads in a B2B SaaS context.
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
