About the Role
Proming Designs is a growing advertising and branding agency based in Baner, Pune. We work with brands across Real Estate, Lifestyle, FMCG, Crypto, and Startups, helping them build a strong digital presence and performance-driven campaigns.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executivesomeone who has Social Media as their core strength, with working knowledge across other digital marketing channels.
- Experience: 6 months 1 year
- Language: Good command of English (written & verbal), Marathi and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
Social Media (Core Skill):
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Write engaging captions and content aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with internal design, strategy, and client servicing teams
- Monitor engagement, growth, and content performance
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats, platform updates, and viral content styles
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- Support influencer coordination and campaign execution
- Analyze reports, extract insights, and suggest improvements
