Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. The role requires hands-on expertise with leading SEO tools, Google Ads, paid campaigns, and performance-driven growth strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest
- Optimize on-page elements: meta titles, descriptions, header tags, URL optimization, internal linking
- Perform technical SEO audits: site speed, indexing, mobile-friendliness, schema markup
- Drive off-page SEO: link-building, guest posting, digital PR
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Keyword planning, bidding strategy, A/B testing, ad copywriting
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and quality score
- Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and ad creatives
- Schedule and track posts via social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track all digital campaigns using GA4, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, CRM dashboards
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify insights and recommend improvements to increase conversions
5. Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with designers/developers to improve UX, load speed, and conversion funnels
- Create and test landing pages using Elementor/WP tools or no-code builders
6. Competitor & Market Research
- Regularly track competitors keywords, ads, content strategy
- Suggest growth opportunities based on market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO + Google Ads required)
- Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Search Console, Tag Manager
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Similar SEO tools
Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
- Ability to write SEO-friendly content & ad copies
- Basic understanding of WordPress/landing page editors
