Job Purpose

Panha is focused on delivering high-quality mental health, counselling, and skill-based courses. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to drive course sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI across paid channels.

Primary Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC platforms to generate leads and course enrollments. Manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and setup to execution and optimization.

Performance Marketing
Develop and execute performance-driven strategies with a strong focus on improving return on ad spend (ROAS) and reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC) for online courses.

PPC Optimization
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates. Optimize targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page performance.

Display Advertising
Execute and optimize display advertising campaigns using Google Display Network (GDN) and other relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Retargeting and Remarketing
Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage users who have visited landing pages or interacted with Panha but did not convert. Use personalized messaging and dynamic ads to improve conversion rates.

Budget Management
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across platforms. Monitor daily spending to ensure alignment with business goals while maximizing ROI.

Campaign Tracking and Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. Prepare regular performance reports covering KPIs such as CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.

Collaboration
Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to ensure ad copies and creatives align with performance objectives. Coordinate with sales and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Improve ROAS and reduce CAC through optimized paid marketing campaigns.
Achieve course lead generation and conversion targets.
Efficient budget utilization across multiple platforms.
Ensure continuous optimization and timely execution of paid campaigns.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Technical and Professional Skills
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and performance marketing concepts.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in course selling, ed-tech, or digital products is an advantage.

Understanding of consumer behavior and marketing funnels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
