Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can join our team, analyse current performance, identify gaps, and support ongoing campaigns. You will work closely with in-house designers, sales team, and external digital agencies to strengthen our brand presence and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage daily digital marketing activities for all products
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Create landing pages with strong CTAs
- Manage marketing funnels and automation (Mailchimp/Zoho)
2. SEO (Must-Have)
- Conduct keyword research for Edtech ERP, CRM, Medical ERP
- Optimise website content, landing pages, blogs
- Handle on-page SEO (titles, tags, content, schema)
- Coordinate with agency for off-page SEO & backlink strategy
- Track ranking with tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest)
3. Content Creation
- Create content briefs, social media posts, email content
- Write short product descriptions, use-case posts, case studies
- Prepare scripts for short product videos
- Coordinate with designers for creatives & reels
4. Social Media Management
- Create monthly content calendar
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Grow engagement & followers organically
- Post feature updates, client wins, product stories
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, CRM analytics
- Track leads, conversion, CTR, CAC
- Weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on data
6. Coordination
- Work closely with Sales team
- Coordinate with external SEO/Ads agencies
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, tech team
Required Skills
- 23 years experience in digital marketing (preferred SaaS/IT)
- Good understanding of EdTech, Medical or B2B SaaS products
- Strong SEO knowledge
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Basic graphic skills (Canva/Figma)
- Content writing ability
- Understanding of CRM
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or ERP products.
- Video editing (basic)
- Knowledge ofMarketing automation tools
- Blog writing experience
