We are seeking a dynamic Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns and support broader marketing growth initiatives. The role will start with PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and gradually expand into digital marketing, PR, and emerging AI-driven visibility strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hands-on with ads today, but eager to evolve into a full-stack marketer, driving visibility across traditional, digital, and AI-powered search/discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B tests to maximize ROI
- Analyze and report campaign performance with insights and improvement plans
Digital Marketing Expansion
- Contribute to SEO & content strategies to improve organic visibility
- Manage email, automation, and remarketing campaigns for lead nurturing
- Optimize landing pages & conversion funnels (CRO)
PR & Visibility Across Emerging Platforms
- Assist in building and executing PR campaigns for brand credibility
- Explore strategies for visibility in AI-powered search results (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Work with external partners, publishers, and communities to increase brand presence
- Monitor online reputation and media mentions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, content, analytics, social media)
- Interest or experience in PR, online visibility, and emerging AI-driven marketing trends
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Sheets/Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are a plus
