Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Freshers with only marketing background)

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Digital Marketing Specialists.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in Marketing who are eager to build a career in the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

Support SEO/SEM activities and website optimization

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using basic analytics tools

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in BBA (Marketing), BBM (Marketing), MBA (Marketing) or related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, Email Marketing, etc.)

Good communication and analytical skills

Willingness to work in US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media platforms

Creative thinking and attention to detail

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
