Job Title: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to own and scale our customer acquisition and growth marketing efforts across digital channels. This role is critical to driving high-quality leads, conversions, and revenue through data-led performance campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep hands-on expertise in paid media, funnel optimization, and analytics, capable of managing large budgets, leading agencies, and aligning performance marketing outcomes with overall business goals. As part of the Oben Electric marketing team, you will play a central role in accelerating growth and maximizing marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns across the full marketing funnel.
  • Drive scalable growth while maintaining strong CAC, ROI, and LTV benchmarks.
  • Continuously test new audiences, creatives, formats, and platforms to unlock incremental growth.

2. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

  • Own performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, CRM systems, and BI tools.
  • Build clear reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
  • Implement and leverage attribution models to understand channel impact and customer journeys.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

3. Budget & Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize significant media budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and returns.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to reallocate spend across channels based on performance insights.
  • Lead and manage external media agencies and vendors to ensure best-in-class execution.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization & Funnel Management

  • Work closely with design, content, and product teams to optimize landing pages, lead forms, and user journeys.
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation across ads, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and downstream business metrics.

5. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales, CRM, product, finance, and compliance teams to align performance marketing with business priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, data privacy, and advertising compliance guidelines.
  • Present performance reviews, insights, and growth plans to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns and driving measurable ROI.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and performance analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, CRO, and growth experimentation.
  • Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-growth automotive or EV brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.
