Purpose of the Role
Digital Marketing Specialist responsible to lead and execute high-performance campaigns across paid media platforms and email channels. This role is ideal for a person with a blend of analytical precision and creative branding expertise who thrives in fast-paced, digital-first environments.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
* Manage and scale email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions (using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
* Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives and email content
* Develop, implement, and monitor branding campaigns to strengthen market presence and customer trust
* Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, etc.) and generate actionable reports
* Conduct A/B tests to improve ad copy, targeting, creatives, and landing page performance
* Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices
Job Specification / Requirements
Education Bachelor / Master Degree
Required Skills & Experience 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google, Meta, and Microsoft ad accounts
* Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of high open and conversion rates
* Strong understanding of branding principles and digital storytelling
* Proficiency in ad platform tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Ads
* Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and campaign analytics
* Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge on AI tools - Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Segment, Apollo.io, Taplio, HubSpot
Preferred (but not mandatory):
* Experience in SaaS, tech, or product-based industries
* Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
