Job Profile: Digital Marketing Content Specialist

Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location: Bangalore – Work from Office / This profile May need travel

Department: Marketing

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi are must. Any added languages are added advantage.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital content that supports Netafim India's marketing, dealer engagement, and lead generation initiatives. The role focuses on agri-focused storytelling, product communication, and campaign execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop high quality content for Social media, WhatsApp campaigns and dealer communication, Email marketing, Website, blogs, and landing pages
  • Create farmer-centric and dealer centric content including Success stories, Crop advisory content (in coordination with agronomy team), Product explainers (drip, sprinkler, filters, valves, automation)
  • Drive end-to-end content creation including graphic posts, videos (shoot and editing), scripting, and voice-overs, either independently or through coordination with external vendors.
  • Drive creation of high-impact visual content with a strong focus on short-form videos (reels), farmer stories, and product demonstrations, including shooting, editing, scripting, and voice-overs.
  • Ensure content is simple, regional, and multilingual where required
  • Ensure consistency in Brand voice, Content quality, Visual identity according to brand guidelines

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors including:
  • Creative/design agencies
  • Video production teams
  • Digital marketing agencies
  • Printing and branding vendors
  • Brief vendors clearly on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and timelines
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs (creatives, videos, digital assets)
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Netafim standards
  • Track vendor timelines, costs, and deliverables against agreed scope
  • Support in onboarding new vendors and maintaining a reliable vendor ecosystem

Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of digital campaigns such as Seasonal campaigns, Sales promotions, product launches and beta testing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams for Creatives, videos, and field content, Campaign calendar and timely rollout
  • Track campaign execution vs plan

Basic Digital Platform Management

  • Manage day-to-day updates on Social media handles, Website content
  • Social media platform post updation
  • Running ads on Meta and google platforms

Key Functional Skills Required:

  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills
  • Working on platform like:
  • Graphics design- Adobe, Canva, Coreldraw etc
  • Video editing platforms – Adobe, Capcut etc
  • AI tools and applications for content creation
  • MS office – Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Digital marketing channels
  • Design fundamentals
  • Social media management
  • Ability to translate technical agri-products into simple benefits
  • Should be open to travel for content creation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • 3–4 years of experience in Digital marketing/content role
  • Experience in Agri-input industry / rural marketing (preferred)
