Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital initiatives that drive B2B growth for the Nutracare division. This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign management, lead nurturing, and omnichannel integration, while supporting brand managers with a comprehensive 360-degree marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & programmatic platforms; optimize ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and track B2B digital campaigns; build dashboards and performance reports.
- Manage end-to-end lead lifecycleclassification, nurturing, routing, and funnel tracking.
- Improve website performance, SEO, user behavior insights, and conversion funnels; support GEO/AI-driven targeting.
- Support 360 omnichannel marketing with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Execute email marketing and manage campaigns, leads, and reports via Salesforce/SFDC.
- Handle marketing budgets, vendor coordination, POs, billing, and payment processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or related field.
- 3-7 years in digital/performance marketing (B2B preferred).
- Strong skills in Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Programmatic ads.
- Proficient in GA, Data Studio, GTM & web analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce/SFDC.
- Strong in B2B lead generation, SEO & website performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
