Marketing & Growth Strategist (Tech-Focused)

Role & responsibilities:

MSPowerHouse is seeking aMarketing & Growth Strategistwith a deep understanding of Microsoft and AI technologies to lead marketing initiatives for the companys service lines including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions. This full-time, Noida-based role operates during US hours and focuses on driving organic growth, increasing lead generation, and building digital authority through data-driven strategies. The candidate should be able to collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling narratives that simplify complex technologies for executive audiences.

Preferred candidate profile:

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy tailored to Microsoft technology services and AI-driven solutions.

• Plan and deliver content campaigns including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and case studies for global audiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate project outcomes into engaging marketing assets.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and inbound lead-generation strategies targeting the US market.
• Oversee organic and paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and relevant tech platforms.
• Leverage AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Jasper to scale content generation and marketing efficiency.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Develop brand consistency across website, social media, and digital collateral.
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, and online events with Microsoft partners and client stakeholders.
• Align marketing initiatives with business development and sales goals for measurable impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within the IT or SaaS sector, preferably Microsoft ecosystem exposure.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• Ability to collaborate with developers and architects to position technical solutions for executive decision-makers.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and generative AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored for B2B and enterprise-level marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns for US-based audiences and time zones.
• Data-driven mindset with proven track record of improving lead quality and inbound pipeline.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
