Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Run & scale Google Ads (Search, Display)
- Execute lead generation campaigns independently
- Improve CPL, CTR & overall performance
- Test creatives, audiences & scaling strategies
- Track data and take performance-driven decisions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Ability to handle campaigns independently (no assistant role)
- Data-driven mindset
