Role Description

This is a full-time, remote/hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, with the primary location in Mangaluru and flexibility for remote work. The Digital Marketing Specialist will undertake responsibilities such as strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing and analyzing social media initiatives, conducting web analytics to optimize performance, and supporting overall brand objectives. Collaboration with various teams to enhance online marketing efforts and ensure measurable outcomes will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing strategies
• Experience in Web Analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize marketing efforts
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Campaigns, LinkedIn Marketing, and other social media tools, and SEO platforms
• Prior experience in industries such as real estate, luxury, or technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline
