We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Bhilai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, monitoring web analytics to optimize strategies, executing social media marketing initiatives, and driving online engagement. The role will involve creating and analyzing marketing content, tracking performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.

• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and the ability to interpret data for performance improvement
• Strong Communication skills for content creation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for digital campaigns
• Experience in campaign optimization and staying updated with the latest industry trends
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
