As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Japture, you will oversee and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and reach targeted audiences. This full-time on-site role, based in Patna, includes responsibilities such as social media management, online campaign planning, analysis of web analytics, and crafting compelling communication to promote brand growth. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet organizational goals.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tools and strategies
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and Online Marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with marketing trends and an ability to apply them effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
