About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with 34 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end ad campaign management and integrated marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record across multiple projects for edtech and SaaS companies, handling Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn ads. You'll work on a project-by-project basis for our IT tech and SaaS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Campaign Management
Plan, execute, optimize, and report multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from brief to post-campaign analysis.
Define goals, budgets, audiences, creatives, testing strategies, and KPIs; track ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other relevant metrics.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Create and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and creatives; perform audience segmentation, A/B tests, and conversion optimization.
Google Ads
Manage search, display, shopping, and video campaigns; implement tracking, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
LinkedIn Ads & Engagement
Run Sponsored Content, InMail, and other LinkedIn ad formats; manage audience targeting and performance benchmarking.
Drive LinkedIn engagement through thoughtful posts, community interaction, and content amplification.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up and monitor dashboards (GA4, platform analytics), deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Client Management & Collaboration
Coordinate with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with product, content, design, and tech teams to ensure campaigns align with product and brand goals.

Requirements (Must-Have)
34 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven portfolio of end-to-end campaign management.
Demonstrated experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong experience with LinkedIn engagement strategies (content amplification, outreach, and engagement metrics).
Proficiency in SEO and social media optimization (SMO) activities.
Experience working with tech/SaaS clients and familiarity with B2B marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset: strong analytical skills, ability to interpret metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Remote-friendly and comfortable working on a freelance/contract basis.
Nice-to-Have
Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Certifications, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions).
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM integration, and attribution models.
Creative capabilities or ability to coordinate with design teams for ad creatives.
