JOB OVERVIEW

Infotech Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn

Manage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements

Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and CTAs

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and GA4

Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI

Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports

Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and new features

Coordinate with creative and content teams for better campaign performance

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in paid advertising

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4

Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

PREFERRED (GOOD TO HAVE)

Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns

Google Ads or Meta certifications

Knowledge of UTM tracking and conversion optimization
