Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Digital Marketing, Content & Lead Growth Specialist who can handle the full spectrum of our online presence and outbound growth. This is a dynamic, hands-on generalist role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats: creating content, managing social profiles, engaging in online communities, conducting outbound reach-outs, and hosting first-touch calls with incoming leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Profile Growth

Multi-Channel Management: Take full ownership of our social channels, including LinkedIn (company page and executive profiles), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

End-to-End Content Creation: Ideate, write copy, design graphics (using Canva or similar tools), and produce short-form videos/reels. Plan and execute the full posting schedule.

Profile Optimization: Continuously optimize company and key leadership profiles to maintain a polished, professional, and authoritative online image for NRI clients.

2. Community Engagement & Outbound Outreach

Community Presence: Actively participate, comment, and build credibility in NRI-centric forums, subreddits (e.g., r/NRI, expat channels), and Facebook Groups.

Outbound Reach-Outs: Proactively discover, message, and engage prospective clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, and online groups to pitch our service portfolio.

Guerilla & Grassroots Marketing: Find creative ways to promote our offerings and seed company content directly into online conversations where target clients hang out.

3. Lead Qualification & First Conversations

First Point of Contact: Take lead on initial calls and chat follow-ups with inquiries generated through social channels, Reddit, and outbound efforts.

Initial Pitch & Screening: Explain our NRI services clearly, understand prospect requirements, qualify interest, and hand off warm leads to the closing/fulfillment team.

Pipeline Tracking: Keep track of every lead and outreach touchpoint in our CRM to ensure prompt follow-ups.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations

SEO & Web Alignment: Coordinate regularly with our SEO in-charge and web developers to update landing pages, lead forms, and digital assets inline with active campaigns.

Day-to-Day Support: Help coordinate marketing deliverables, execute operational tasks, and keep cross-team marketing projects moving forward on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

Exceptional English Communication: Fluent, articulate, and professional written and spoken English is strictly required to interact with global NRI clients.

All-Rounder Digital Skills: Working knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, graphic creation tools, and cold outreach techniques.

Proactive & Adaptable Mindset: Eager to tackle open-ended responsibilities, shift priorities quickly, and take full ownership of deliverables without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

100% In-Office Availability: Strictly an on-site role for real-time collaboration, fast coordination, and daily syncs (No WFH).

Prior Experience: Relevant hands-on experience (1–3+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, community growth, or sales outreach. Experience with service industries (real estate, financial services, legal tech, or NRI-focused services) is a plus.
