Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and enhancing our brand's visibility across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience and supports marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
