Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs and growth targets
- Conduct full technical SEO audits, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and schema markup; perform on-page optimization, keyword research, content gap analysis, and implement white-hat link-building strategies
- Manage social media platforms, including content calendar creation, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and GDPR-compliant list management
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), including keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, and ROAS/CPA optimization
- Manage WhatsApp and Messenger marketing campaigns, including broadcast campaigns, drip sequences, lead nurturing flows, CRM integrations, and performance tracking
- Execute Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative strategy, and campaign optimization for B2B and B2C clients
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies, including blog writing, landing pages, lead magnets, and content repurposing across channels
- Set up and manage analytics systems, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards; deliver monthly performance reports and insights
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and ensure timely delivery of client reports while continuously optimizing campaigns for measurable growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels and deliver measurable results
- Strong experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with clear prioritization and accountability
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Experience working with international clients (preferably European markets) and an understanding of GDPR compliance is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, especially for client-facing reporting and communication
