About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for a prop trading firm. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing and be capable of managing campaigns, content, analytics, and a marketing team to drive brand growth and high-quality lead acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement & optimize complete digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team including content, performance ads, social media, and design.
- Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other trading-friendly platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies for financial services advertising.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve ranking and high-intent organic traffic.
- Create marketing funnels and automation using CRM tools & email marketing.
- Monitor performance using analytics dashboards, provide insights and ROI reporting.
- Work closely with product and sales teams for new trading programs, customer journeys, and Loyalty initiatives.
- Competitor analysis and market research in trading, stock & crypto industries.
- Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads with policy-compliant financial campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Keyword Planner).
- Expert in performance analytics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experienced in team management & leadership roles.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with financial content understanding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Education
- MBA preferred but not mandatory with relevant work experience.
