Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and refine audience segments for improved campaign performance.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to develop effective campaign strategies and marketing creatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track and improve campaign performance
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively
- Ability to stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply innovative techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or marketing-related projects is a plus
