We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and drive growth across all our digital channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing our complete digital marketing ecosystem and customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills, technical e-commerce knowledge, and strong customer service abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

Manage the social media calendar and create engaging posts across sub-brands

Write a monthly SEO-optimized blogs for Strawberry Stripes

Coordinate with our digital marketing agency on paid advertising campaigns

Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve organic reach

Execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends

Create content for social media pages by taking photos, making reels and writing copy

E-commerce Website Management:

Create compelling copywriting for products on the websites

Manage pricing updates and discount promotions

Monitor website analytics and generate sales reports

Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers for site maintenance and technical fixes

Liaise with FirstCry, Myntra, and other marketplace partners

Customer Engagement & Retention:

Handle customer queries via email, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls

Conduct feedback calls to improve our understanding of the customer

Follow up on abandoned carts to recover lost sales

Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce

Proven experience managing social media platforms for business

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Experience with SEO and SEM strategies

Experience with marketplace platforms like FirstCry, Myntra, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website analytics

Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple websites simultaneously

Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus
