About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our global lead generation and brand-building initiatives. This position requires a versatile individual with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, digital analytics, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will contribute across multiple digital channels, including search engines, social media, and content platforms, to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. Additionally, this role involves supporting exhibition marketing activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and performance marketing, is essential. Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are preferred, demonstrating a proven proficiency in managing and analyzing digital campaigns. Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in B2B marketing environments will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth: Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to improve website visibility. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations. Manage backlink acquisition initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
Performance Marketing (PPC): Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max channels. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting activities to maximize campaign reach. Create compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and manage advertising budgets to improve overall campaign efficiency.
Lead Generation & Marketing Operations: Support inbound and outbound lead generation activities by preparing prospect databases through market research and data scraping. Assist in lead qualification, tracking, and assignment to Territory Managers. Maintain accurate marketing databases and campaign records, ensuring seamless coordination with sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track website traffic, lead metrics, and campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion optimization initiatives. Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improving marketing strategies and overall performance.
Social Media & Content Support: Support LinkedIn marketing and employer branding initiatives. Coordinate content publishing activities across digital channels, working closely with designers and content creators to ensure messaging consistency. Assist in developing engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Other Responsibilities: Oversee the marketing team's activities, assign leads to Territory Managers, prepare data scraping reports, and support exhibition layout planning. Contribute to marketing and data preparation processes to streamline operations and enhance campaign outcomes.
