Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display channels
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities
  • Optimize landing pages and digital campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, Ecommerce, or technology companies
