Job Description

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of expertise in managing clients and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and business goals
  • Manage and build relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies
  • Create and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Analyze digital marketing data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and manage website performance, including SEO, SEM, and user experience, to drive traffic and conversions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, including client management and social media management
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and familiarity with social media management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and web analytics tools is a plus
