Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit and YouTube.

• Write engaging post copies and create platform-specific content.

• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.

• Collaborate with designers and the content team to deliver high-quality posts.

• Script and support video content for YouTube, including overseeing shoots.

• Monitor and track key KPIs: engagement, follower growth, reach, leads, and campaign conversions.

• Stay on top of trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 0–4 years of experience in social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing.

• Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content planning.

• Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and KPIs.

• Ability to generate creative campaign ideas tailored for different platforms.

• Interest in video scripting and collaborating on shoots (YouTube focus).

• Bonus: Experience with startups or AI/tech brands.
