Qualifications

  • Own end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - from setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting.
  • Build and manage audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and keyword targeting frameworks.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identify anomalies, and implement rapid fixes to ensure budget is being deployed efficiently at all times.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to brief, iterate, and refresh ad creatives based on performance insights.
  • Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps - you communicate data like a story, not a spreadsheet dump.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats across Meta and Google ecosystems.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google - this is an execution role, not a strategy-only role.
  • Working knowledge of full-funnel ad strategy: top-of-funnel awareness, middle-funnel consideration, and bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns.
  • Comfort with numbers - you know your way around a dashboard, can spot a bad ROAS before it burns the budget, and make decisions from data, not gut alone.
  • A bias for action - you ship, test, learn, and iterate faster than you plan. You're not waiting for a perfect brief to get started.
  • Interest in the AI/SaaS/productivity space - you'll be marketing a product used by professionals who hate wasted time, and you should feel the same.
