Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

(Lead Generation & Brand Management)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of our online presence of our Multiple Brands , lead generation, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads and other digital channels.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing) to drive high-quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROI.
Develop and publish daily blog content aligned with SEO best practices.
Manage website content updates and ensure consistent traffic growth.
Take complete ownership of brand positioning, messaging, and online reputation.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
Track KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Strong understanding of content marketing and blogging strategies.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience in managing brand identity and online presence.
Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with B2B or service-based businesses.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
