Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
• Drive lead generation for staffing and recruitment services
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and website performance
• Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy for brand positioning
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
• Build and optimize marketing funnels for inbound and outbound campaigns
• Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and conversion alignment
• Run email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and content planning ability
