Camellia Global Group is building and scaling multiple business verticals across industries.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage, execute, and scale digital presence across multiple brands — with a strong focus on performance, positioning, and growth.
What You'll Be Driving• Manage digital marketing across multiple company verticals (staffing, services, and upcoming ventures)
• Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) for different business units
• Conduct keyword and competitor research tailored to each vertical's target audience
• Work directly with developers to implement website updates, SEO fixes, and performance improvements
• Build and scale high-quality backlink strategies through outreach and partnerships
• Create and manage content strategy across brands (blogs, landing pages, service pages)
• Optimize websites and landing pages for lead generation and conversions
• Develop and maintain a structured social media calendar across platforms (LinkedIn priority)
• Align marketing efforts with business goals of each vertical (hiring, lead gen, branding)
• Track performance across all brands using analytics tools and derive actionable insights
• Generate reports that clearly show ROI across different verticals
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, HR, design, leadership) across business units
• Manage and raise tickets for website changes, ensuring timely execution and QA
• Maintain brand positioning consistency while adapting tone for each vertical
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and digital innovations
What We're Looking For• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO (technical + content + backlinks)
• Ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously without losing clarity
• Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
• Structured thinker with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Bonus Points If You• Have worked with multi-brand or agency environments
• Have experience in staffing, services, or consulting businesses
• Understand international markets and global targeting
• Have exposure to paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Can think strategically and execute independently
