Your role bridges hands-on execution (experiments, funnels, campaigns) with channel ownership and performance leadership - driving traffic, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate partnerships, and retargeting.
- Coordinate campaign execution, including planning, stakeholder collaboration, implementation, and reporting.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Channel & Funnel Optimization
- Manage and improve performance across one or more marketing channels including SEO, email, paid media, content, or affiliates.
- Monitor and optimize conversion funnels across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention stages.
- Test landing pages, messaging, creatives, CTAs, and email sequences to improve performance metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Semrush, Ahrefs, and advertising platforms.
- Track and report metrics including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), CTR, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Content & Partnerships
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing stakeholders to support campaign execution and content performance.
- Contribute to affiliate, creator, or partnership marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Support content distribution strategies across digital channels.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing with experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, paid media, content marketing, affiliate programs, or related digital channels.
- Experience with analytics and campaign tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Strong written communication and copy-editing skills.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion optimization, and performance marketing metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
Good-to-Have Qualities -
- Experience in the WordPress, SaaS, or website builder ecosystem.
- Ability to understand the mindset and workflows of web designers, developers, and creators.
- Past leadership in affiliate/influencer partnerships.
- Comfort with AI tools to accelerate copy, workflows, and research.
