Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence and growth of our software products & solutions. You will work closely with management team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.

  • Content Marketing: Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, etc.) to attract and engage our target audience.

  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and nurturing sequences.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, fostering community engagement and promoting our software products.

  • Paid Advertising: Design and execute online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

  • SEO and SEM: Optimize our website and landing pages for search engines, monitor keyword performance, and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our software products remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on software products or technology.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
