Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements

• Must reside in Pune
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance campaigns (Google & Meta Ads).
• Proven track record of achieving measurable marketing results.
• Good design skills for social media creatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Execute and manage LinkedIn Marketing initiatives for B2B clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage and grow client social media accounts with engaging content.
• Design creative social media posts and ad creatives (Canva/Photoshop or similar tools).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
