Job Description

Job Title:Digital Marketing Specialist IT Technology Services

We are seeking aDigital Marketing Specialistto drive brand awareness, lead generation, and demand creation for our IT services and cloud solutions. This role will focus onB2B technology marketing, targeting mid-market and enterprise customers across cloud, data, AI, Microsoft, and software services.

Responsibilities:

B2BDemand Generation & Lead Growth

  • Develop and executedigital marketing strategiesto generate qualified leads for IT services (Cloud, Data & AI, Dynamics 365, DevOps, Managed Services).
  • Plan and runmulti-channel campaigns(LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, content syndication).
  • Optimizefunnels from awareness MQL SQL sales pipeline.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Create and managetechnical marketing content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and sales to translate technical offerings into business value messaging.
  • Manage SEO strategy and keyword research for IT services.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and managemarketing automation tools(HubSpot, Marketo,Dynamics365 Marketing, Mailchimp, Pardot).
  • Integrate marketing campaigns withCRM systemsfor lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Design lead scoring, drip campaigns, and nurture workflows.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage corporate website content and UX for conversion optimization.
  • Create landing pages, forms, CTAs, and A/Btesting forcampaigns.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and heatmaps.

Paid Media & Social Media

  • Manage paid campaigns onLinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and retargeting platforms.
  • Build and manage social presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and industry communities.
  • Monitor engagement, CTR, CPL, and ROI.

Analytics, Reporting & ROI

  • Track KPIs: traffic, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution.
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams.
  • Continuouslyoptimizecampaigns based on performance insights.

Partner & Industry Marketing

  • Work with Microsoft, AWS, and other technology partners on co-marketing campaigns.
  • Manage webinars, events, and partner-funded marketing initiatives.
  • Support sales with marketing collateral, pitch decks, and account-based marketing (ABM).

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Monthly qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Conversion rate (MQL SQL Closed Won)
  • Website traffic growth
  • Campaign ROI and pipeline contribution

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years ofExperience in IT services, consulting,or system integration firms
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for enterprise clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Partner marketing programs (Co-Sell)
  • MBAor BBA or related degree
  • Marketing Certification (Google, HubSpot, Microsoft)
