We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to improve online visibility, generate quality leads, and build brand presence. The role requires hands-on experience in paid ads, content creation, social media management, and coordination with internal teams to drive marketing objectives.
1. Position Overview
The Executive Digital Marketing & Corporate Communication will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, social media channels, analytics, and supporting brand communication initiatives. This is a combined role, with a stronger focus on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Data Analytics, along with secondary responsibilities in corporate communication and branding.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Prepare analytical reports and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
- Manage online digital assets and coordinate with digital agencies when required.
B. Social Media Management
- Manage all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create and execute monthly content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, track performance, and refine posting strategies.
- Coordinate creative assets, reels, posts, and stories with internal or external designers.
C. Corporate Communication
- Draft content for internal and external corporate announcements.
- Support leadership communication, presentations, and brand messaging.
- Prepare brand stories, pitches, and communication templates.
- Assist in PR collaboration when required.
D. Branding & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support branding campaigns, events, promotions, and product communication.
- Ensure strong adherence to brand guidelines across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
3. Tools & Competencies Required
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics dashboards.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to maintain brand tonality and consistency.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and creative tools (e.g., Canva).
