We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to improve online visibility, generate quality leads, and build brand presence. The role requires hands-on experience in paid ads, content creation, social media management, and coordination with internal teams to drive marketing objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital ads across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimise campaigns to increase ROI and ensure better lead conversion.
- Track campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
2. Website & SEO Management
- Manage website content updates and basic website maintenance in coordination with developers.
- Promote website through SEO activities including backlink creation, keyword optimization, search engine submissions, and blog posting.
- Track traffic, keyword ranking, bounce rate, and other analytics using tools like Google Analytics/Search Console.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Create, plan, and schedule social media content including posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.
- Research trending topics and competitor campaigns to enhance content strategy.
4. Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, and advertising creatives.
- Write compelling ad copies, captions, and performance-driven content for lead generation.
5. Creative Designing & Video Editing
- Design marketing creatives using Canva/Photoshop/CorelDraw or similar tools.
- Support basic video editing and asset creation for promotional activities.
6. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Manage campaigns like email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, telecalling marketing, and audience segmentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-ups and conversions.
7. Google Business Profile Management
- Manage Google Business Profile including posting updates, photos, offers, reviews, and customer engagement.
Required Qualification
- Graduation in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 12 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
- Freshers with knowledge of digital tools and practical project experience are also eligible
Technical Skills Required
- Digital Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, Basic reporting
- Tools: Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw (any one or multiple)
- Content writing skills for blogs, emailers, and social media
- Basic video editing knowledge
- SEO fundamentals and keyword research ability
