w:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and paid search campaigns (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search-led strategies that directly impact lead generation and sales conversions in the real estate secto

r.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic visibility and search ranking
• s.Manage & execute paid search campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on lead generation and high-intent traffic acquisitio
• n.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective campaign plannin
• g.Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion
• s.Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insight
• s.Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content and impactful ad creative
• s.Stay updated on search engine algorithms, LinkedIn Ads updates, and performance marketing trends relevant to real estat
• e.Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization to achieve performance goal
