Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our office in Delhi, India. This on-site role involves managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online marketing strategies, analyzing web performance data, and contributing to the development of creative initiatives that enhance brand visibility. The role requires day-to-day management of social media platforms, implementation of online advertising campaigns, and collaboration with the team to achieve marketing goals and strengthen online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Create compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and detailed reports
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
• Track conversions and implement Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics as needed
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams (if applicable)
• Prior experience in the wellness, healthcare, or ayurveda-related industries is an added advantage
