We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing
team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,
Email Marketing, and Content Creation, along with the ability to support creative campaigns
and manage digital platforms effectively. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies using Meta and Google Ads.
Plan, create, and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Optimize sales funnels and landing pages for better results.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Strategize and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads and creatives.
Analyze analytics and apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
Research competitor campaigns and industry trends.
SEO & Website Management:
Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
Monitor website traffic and SEO performance.
Manage website updates and content using CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
Basic technical understanding of website backend and landing page setup.
Content Creation & Creative Support:
Write reel scripts, ad copy, and marketing content.
Support the design and content team with creative poster ideas and campaign concepts.
Assist in content planning, storytelling, and campaign themes.
Coordinate with the video team and monitor video production when required.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Create email copy, subject lines, and campaign flows.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation.
Track open rates, CTR, and campaign performance.
Social Media Management:
Plan and manage social media content calendars.
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Influencer Marketing & Media Collaboration:
Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and media partners.
Coordinate collaborations, campaign briefs, and content approvals.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses and online communities.
Track and report influencer campaign performance.
Webinar & Event Support:
Host and manage Zoom webinars including setup, registration, and coordination.
Assist in promoting webinars and analyzing performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare weekly & monthly reports and provide insights for improvement.
Monitor campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role in Migration and Education Services Companies.
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media
Marketing.
Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.
Basic understanding of website backend and CMS platforms.
Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
